ATTUNE RELEASE - CHAPTER II - REVELATION - out now
CHAPTER II - REVELATION - out now
inspired by a profound journey to this mountain temple
The biggest journey we might ever undertake is the few inches from our head to our heart, they say. Now, Chapter II of ATTUNE just released: a profound journey into the temple of the heart. The composition process was incredibly touching and visual. Melodic structures and musical textures emerged from visualizing the climb up the summit of an unknown mountain range, in search of one’s temple of the heart.
In 2015, I was in Indonesia when a stranger and later dear friend asked me to join him on a big trekking to the summit of a volcano that I had never heard of. I was completely unprepared, had no equipment, nor understanding of what I was getting myself into. There was no real guide or preparation, but my spirit was ready.
It was one of the most brutal and beautiful initiations of my life. I had never encountered myself and the natural forces in such an overpowering way. I had to let go of more than I knew I was holding in the last few meters; otherwise, I could have never made it to the summit. An unknown strength revelaed itself inside of me; it was almost not coming from me, something that collaborated with the unknown. I must have entered a trance-like state because, suddenly, against all fears, I made it.
If you listen to ATTUNE Chapter II, there is a powerful journey into the unknown waiting for you. Only you will see, where it guides you to. Maybe you also feel that you cannot make it. Trust the sounds and let them guide you.
I could speak much more about the composition and the Great Mystery. For now, I invite you to put on headphones, press play, and be right there with me. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, in search of the temple of your heart. The biggest journey.
